Ballyneal - A TRUE golf experience

Team TRUE have been out of town playing some golf, hence the lack of blogging the past week or so. What can we say - Duty called!
Sean and I were invited to Ballyneal Golf & Hunt Club to participate in The Yucca, which was an event hosted by the very generous Jim Colton and the wonderful staff at the club.
Ballyneal is a TRUE golf experience as you are taken on a journey that seamlessly blends one strong hole after another through the chop hills of Eastern Colorado. Tom Doak, of Renaissance Golf Design, provides the golfer with a fun links experience that would make Old Tom Morris proud - Tom is arguably the best golf course architect in the world and this may end up being his masterpiece.

Creating a Corporate Culture

Every company has a culture. Some are great, some are pretty lame. I have experienced both first hand.
I worked at two of the top companies in the world - and they both have great cultures. Why? 1) most employees bought into it and 2) it was REAL.
I worked at another large company and its culture was somewhere between bad and comically awful because 1) most employees did not buy into it and 2) it was FAKE and contrived. Continue Reading
