Pre Orders

For our initial production run each season, and all of our limited edition releases, we will invite people who subscribe to our e-mail list to pre-order.

The pre-order quantities are limited.  They are sold on a first-come-first served basis.  We might produce additional quantities, but the best way to be sure you get the product is to pre-order.

We will bill your credit card when you place your pre-order, although the product may not ship for several weeks.  We will give you an expected ship date when you place your order.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped and we will refund your purchase.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at returns@truelinkswear.com and we’ll remove your order and put the cash back on your credit card.
