Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your new TRUE linkswear product. If you’re not, then just return it.*

Please remember, we need to be able to re-sell whatever you purchased. So return your TRUE linkswear product in NEW, UNWORN condition, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached (if there are any), within 90 days of purchase.

Your refund will be processed using the credit/debit card used on our site and posted within 30 days of receiving your product on a return.

We will pay for ground shipping for returns. Request return shipping materials at returns@truelinkswear.com. Please be sure to include your initial order number.

If you need to exchange a size or color, you may do so within 90 days. We will pay for ground shipping for the exchange. Each purchase transaction is limited to one free exchange and remember the product must be in NEW, UNWORN condition so we can re-sell it.

* Due to the high cost of shipping Internationally, TRUE linkswear will only pay for One-Time Return and Exchange Shipping on Domestic (USA) Orders. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST PAY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING AND ANY DUTIES. Thank you for your understanding.
