All TRUE Linkswear products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for 60 days from the date of original purchase. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent product at TRUE Linkswear's sole discretion.
If your order arrives in a damaged condition, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier pick up of the damaged merchandise so we can inspect it.
The TRUE phx, TRUE sensei, TRUE isis, TRUE jade and TRUE padwan do not have a waterproof guarantee.
The TRUE tour, TRUE proto, TRUE stealth and TRUE chukka are warranted to be waterproof for 2 years. If 2013 TRUE tour or TRUE stealth are returned within 730 days of the date of the original purchase for waterproofing defects, TRUE Linkswear will replace the shoes with an equivalent product. Each original transaction is limited to one waterproof warranty claim per pair purchased.

If you aren't completely thrilled with the product, you may return it provided the product is in NEW, UNWORN condition, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached, within 30 days of your purchase.
Your refund will be processed using the credit/debit card used on our site and posted within 30 days of receiving your product on a return.
We will pay for ground shipping for returns. Request return shipping materials at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your initial order number.
If you need to exchange a size or color, you may do so provided the product is in NEW, UNWORN condition, in the original packaging, with the original tags attached, within 90 days of your purchase. We will pay for ground shipping for the exchange. Each purchase transaction is limited to one free exchange.

Please return exchanged items win the original packaging, with the original tags attached and in new and unworn condition.
